may fitness update: 

literally been hitting the gym since may 1st, 2 hours a day, 5 days a week!
no more half-asses gym workouts like last month, i wanna see real results!  

my diets been, less than promising however i’ve def been cutting the junk, sweets and fats! quite proud of myself actually. 
tomorrow, i wanna give whey protein a try. just curious as to how it’ll work, so why not.
so weird how i miss the gym after a days rest! can’t wait to get into it again tomorrow.
